The episode begins with Mega Man jogging in Chill Penguin's Stage from Mega Man X before falling into some snow. He continues exercising and blasts a prop of a gunman to blow it up with an axe. He continues to run through Chill Penguin's Stage, during the rain, while Rush drives his truck. He takes off his beard to put his helmet onto his head while he places it onto a prop and grabs a note of paper to see the mugshot and note of the Robot Master Guts Man. Mega Man meets up with Guts Man in a street alley. The latter asks if he is Mega Man or not. The former questions if he recognizes him or not. However, Guts Man reveals that his boss told him to lookout for a rhyming idiot. Mega Man asks about Guts Man's boss, however, the latter tells that its not of his own business and has to take orders from him instead. Mega Man states that he doesn't any orders from anyone as he is currently a lone wolf and uses a few words to describe him, which is interrupted by Guts Man, who has to take his orders. Mega Man accepts this with a "fair enough."

Mega Man and Guts Man head over to the Blue Island Bar full of other Robot Masters. Mega Man asks Guts Man on who they're actually looking for. Guts Man tells him that he is actually looking for the Bartender, which Mega Man strangles due to him still trying to look for Roll's whereabouts. Guts Man hands him some paper about his upcoming missions. Mega Man has to get over three abilities from a few people to pull the job off while Guts Man has to meet him at any of these locations for any more information. As Mega Man wasn't gonna say anything, Guts Man asks him if he is ugly or not, but Mega Man doesn't agree and asks the Bartender to get him a Shirley temple, but is told to stop by Guts Man and asks for a bottle of scotch. However, Mega Man is then interrupted by Air Man by blowing his face. Air Man's friend Bubble Man states that Air Man doesn't like Mega Man at all, which Bubble Man agrees with himself, but Mega Man tells him that he actually likes Bubble Man. Air Man continues blowing into Mega Man's face, but Guts Man puts a beer bottle into his air fans and knocks him out with another bottle. Mega Man asks him if he overrated there, but Guts Man has actual prior convictions and has to get out of the bar. However, Mega Man reveals that he owes over 4,000 dollars worth of drinks at the bar, but Guts Man leaves the place, left behind Mega Man. Mega Man starts leaving the Blue Island Bar too. However, he is interrupted by the Bartender about all of the beer bottles that he bought. He tries to go over to his car to get his wallet, but is held at gunpoint by the Bartender.
